In today’s economic environment, where investors are strapped for cash and looking for the lowest risk alternatives, the already difficult task of defending your corporate valuation to Angels & VCs is nearly impossible.  This limited seat luncheon provides a 2 hours of deep instruction to entrepreneurs struggling to understand valuation methodologies, metrics, tactics and tips for early stage corporate valuations.

Working lunch programs are hosted by TCN's professional service sponsors in New England to provide tactical level information designed to accelerate the fundraising process for Boston-area startups.
